Our clients establish a Lock Box feature with their bank and provide us restricted access in order to deposit money.
Any deposit discrepancies are communicated to our clients but handled by us.

With restricted access to your bank account, we are able to administer monthly bank reconciliations to ensure that your financials always tie back to your bank ledger.
This also includes items such as Line Of Credit (LOC), Funding, and Factoring. We handle all accounting, record keeping, and documentation on your behalf to funding facilities.

On-demand reporting provides key performance insights into both monthly and annual periods. All standard financial reporting is handled by our team of experts, and our clients benefit from ad-hoc reporting capabilities as well.
Monthly financials consist of balance sheet, income statement, aged receivables, operating expense detail, gross margin detail by class and customer, bank recon, and commissions.
Annual financials consist of budget and forecast reporting, and tax prep information to CPA.
